My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; however, they were far apart and needed some repairs. The lack of a view made the rooms less appealing. The service, while helpful, was quite slow at times. The location was great for exploring Kruger Park and the surrounding areas, especially with the wonderful deck overlooking the Crocodile River. The dining options were varied and delicious. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The hotel is nestled within the beautiful nature and offers a great view of the wildlife in Kruger Park. The rooms were nice but had some issues with the bed size and noise disturbance. The service was friendly but lacked proper training. The location is perfect for a stop near Kruger Park, and the dining experience was a mix of enjoyable buffet and average a la carte choices.

My room, located near the reception and restaurant, offered a nice view of the surrounding nature. However, the 2 single beds joined together instead of a King bed were not as advertised, and there was a constant knocking sound disrupting my rest.
